How to Involve Parents to Use the FitBack Toolkit

Parents have a pivotal role in the education of their kids and their involvement in the learning process is fundamental. The video provides suggestions on how to involve parents in using the FitBack toolkit with their children. This video is targeted to physical education teachers, but it can also be useful for the parents themselves.

It is established that parents can considerably influence children's physical activity behaviours with direct involvement and role-modelling. Additionally, home-school collaboration can be a good approach to maximize the children’s development as both parents and teachers have their own areas of expertise for the kid's learning. Engaging parents in physical education learning process can improve kids’ physical literacy.
